| Special Instructions | This test is only performed at 361 Hospital Rd., Suite 222, Newport Beach, CA 92663. Call lab for collection, handling instructions and for hours of collection. After 3 days of sexual abstinence, collect entire semen into sterile container provided by physician or laboratory. Record time of collection on container label. |
